Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days depending on your location. Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as it's on the way.
We currently ship across Ireland and the EU.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, email us at vyrocustomer@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo — we'll replace it or refund you.
As an EU consumer you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, supplements and skincare must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for a change-of-mind return.
