Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence of the damage.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving goods, without providing a reason. To exercise this right, please notify us before the 14-day period expires.
